That is not what MSNBC Rachel Maddow Show said.
She used the numbers i reported not your numbers.

Wind power is about 2% of electrical generating capacity in the US; 42% of the new capacity added in 2008 was wind. And it will more than double by 2020. By one estimate I read, it will be close to 10x higher by 2030 (20% of all US electrical generating capacity) meaning it will be greater than hydro by a long shot.

I'd like to see those numbers a lot higher, too.
