Womanhood and all that goes along with being a woman is a good and noble condition. If you guys and gals on these chat threads want to honor that in some way, feel free ... other wise STFU about it. It certainly has nothing to do with political issues.

That is a convenient cover for personal failures. When you see the Democratic Senate candidate in SC, it is easy to see that occasionally a mediocre person props up in the political scene. Sarah Palin is one such person. It has nothing to do with her gender. It has got to do with her brains and her class.

The day she owns up that she is not up on issues and knowledge that it would take to lead this country, the day she stops writing on her palm and then reading from it, people will stop asking her the stupid questions.

BY being the darling of the "tea party" folks, she demonstrates her lack of political savvy. After all wasn't she at the helm of the party in 2009? Then why is it she needs to go out and arouse the folks. She has inroads into the Republican party leadership, doesn't she? If not, then we wonder what happened causing her to fall out with the party leadership.

Please keep talk of discrimination aside. This country has m moved past that. We have three women candidates in California. We have two states where both the Senators are women. we have an African-American President and so on.
