The EE for 2010 & 2011 are around $0.30 & $0.40 vs. $0.78 in 2009 On May 25 it announced CE Mark and FDA approval of its NC Quantum Apex PTCA Dilatation Balloon Catheter. BMX said that it planed to launch the product in Europe in May and in the U.S. in June. That catheter has been designed trying to optimize coronary stent deployment.<g> It represents the next generation of balloon catheter technology, it has improved trackability and a its tip has greater flexibility. I think I will have to check on that with several interventional cardiologist friends.<g> According Jean Fajadet, M.D., who was the first physician to treat patients with the new balloon catheter in France,"it features an innovative design and impressive performance that should benefit interventional cardiologists and their patients."
