I think we all feel that our money certainly could have been put to better use from the time most of us began purchasing UMSI. But I will say that I never just use Kostech as a single source for buying a stock.

Last evening I decided to E-Mail T.K . His reply to me was swift and in my opinion very upfront and honest. I think that is evident with the information that I posted last night. That is not the first time that he and I have exchanged communications. I have always found him to speak with candor and concern.

Laurens, I was in business for over thirty years and it was not error free. Personally I still feel that Kostech is doing a very good job if you look at the total picture and they are working to improve on a daily basis. So I am not with those that are quick to judge and I am still a Kostech supporter. But I will still do my own DD before I buy.
I did with UMSI and it looked great. Frankly, now that we have more information, it still looks pretty darn good. But they had better start keeping one eye on shareholder value or THEY WILL NOT SURVIVE and neither will our UMSI investment.

The biggest problem was the Reg S. and that is what is so trecherous with the BB stocks.

Hey, sorry to bore you with my dribble but we can now wait for the financials to come out and see how this company has done from a revenue standpoint.

BTW, I appreciate your updates on CHAI. That play will be interesting.
