'Health care should be right for everyone,' is like saying "I'm for peace on earth."

No it isn't. If you asserting health care is a right, your asserting that not having it provided to you is a violation of your rights. Your supporting (knowingly or not) the idea of positive rights, where your rights are not just against other people harming you or restricting you but are positive demands on others. That's a significant change from the traditional conception of natural rights, and a dangerous one in my opinion. It certainly is not something every "informed adult wants".
