Same here. Prices rebounded while ben mugabe trashed the dollar, now they're crashing again.
No matter how you look at it....it's hosed. 1 in 7 houses empty, maybe going for 1 in 4.
Everyone that could have bought already did.
Worse....they sucked more folks into massive record debt with "cash for shacks" and "cash for clunkers".
It's like they want more foreclosures and more squatters.
They're insane.
They have no idea what they're doing.
Gold will blow the banksters out of the water.
