Being from IL, I think bankruptcy is the future. No one can make the hard decision. The idjit voted in Scott Lee Cohen as the Dem Lt Gov not knowing anything about him. NC voted in Greene in the same way. We are in second place with 80B+ of unfunded pensions. The Chicago school board voted to increase class size to 37. In a school system that can't graduate 50% of the students. Good times as Rome burns...
