"In addition, we will extend the installation of SyQuest products to the other 900,000 institutions and schools all over China."
Can I assume that since you quoted this, you have some reason to beleive that the schools "all over China" have the electrical infastructure to power PC's, and that the overall hits the far east economies have been taking will allow them to continue construction on the long term hydroelectric generation plans currently on paper to put electricitity thru out the country.
I read recently that the hope was to increase power from 400,000 families in Beijing to 1,000,000 by the end of next year. I'm not sure if that was electricity or natural gas. Either way, if Beijing proper is just now getting on line, it seems a stretch to think that schools throughout a "feudal" country will deploy PC technology on such a wide spread basis.
I will be interested in what your take is on this.
