Ain't ever gonna happen, in my opinion. The assumptions are clearly described, the first being that the guy has to work another fourteen years getting large annual increases without pause or deviation. Like that's going to hold in today's world. The way I see it, he won't get more than $20 million in 14 years, and by then it won't be worth $100,000 in today's dollars. So everything's fine - let the pensions roll.
