That is what you get when you neglect problems based in aggression, hoping they will just work them selves out somehow. The problem ramped up with Bush who could have taken a tougher stand but let it get out of control, then handed it to the ill prepared Obama who has no ideas at all about what to do...at least none I've seen. This will only get worse on it's current course.
