laura, laura, don't you SEE...they were not paid promoters, they just did what JB told them to do, lol!!!!

my question is where did their data come from????....who make up the fraudulent number of .18 per share????....a number not obtainable from any SEC filing anywhere, and yes, that's what it is, a fraud number, it was not presented as opinion, it was not stated as speculation or forward looking, but happening right THEN, last year, when this was written!!!!

the person who wrote this created FRAUD

Share Structure: 53M OS, of which 40M Restricted is owned by Bordynuik. That leaves a float of 13M shares.

The goal of the company is to move to the NASDAQ exchange within a few months. CEO will not consider FSing the stock until after it gets to NASDAQ, if then.

The company is profitable with an approximate .18 EPS.

PS: why did the Co not set this "non-paid" promoter straight???....or maybe the CIA has fingers here as well....

BTW, .18 is (about) a 40 P/E claim, and was being touted before the run to 7.70.....

7.70 is very reasonable based on a TRAILING P/E of 40 for a growth stock, wow, it all makes some sense now.....even the $20 predictions were not being outlandish if it was only TRUE....

then I see that this doc, was also once referenced in the I-box, also self-references to itself with a link embedded into itself, a DD laundry list!!!....I guess much of this BS was created in a vacuum???....as usual, it was some other party, and not the Co, they had idea????....

nice....and to me, frankly, distasteful..
