semi engineer, SFLX, AFLX, IBM's Ontario, Canada Plant, two Hyundai Plants in China, and new INVX factory shortly all provide ECM flip chip assembly capability.... 3M also has the capability currently, but only uses it in-house.... Sincerely, Doug F.
