Anax-

There are very few shareholders...about $ 2M float...Do you really think these people, many who hold 10, 20, 50,000 shares, want this stock because of their barter numbers? There is over a million shares reported short and several hundred thousand more naked...That should have pushed this stock down to nothing....Didn't happen...When the market figures out what is really going on...this stock will scare the c--p out of the shorts. That is not very far away. You may be damn lucky you can't find any stock to short. You really don't know what is happening here.

The only thing I can agree with you on is your analysis of earnings to date...But even that has a much better slant than you paint. Kern took lemons and made lemonade! $3M worth of junk and got TV ad time...Time which he is using to sell the products he intends to hang his hat on!

Ok, he decided to ring it up as revenue. I am sorry he did that. That put the stock in weak hands and may have forced me to pay a little more than I otherwise would have.

You captured Kern's personality in one phrase, I will give you that! So what...He runs a tight ship and is probably three steps ahead of you and me .

The only advice I can give you is, don't focus on what has happened, take a good look at what is gonna...and stand clear until you figure it out.

Regards,

Mike
