Tom... rules of thumb for the divvy increase portion of the PF (vs. the current high yield but not yield growth) for me are 3% w/10% increases, but those are just starting points. One utility I don't see mentioned often, but interests me is EXC. WR is also worth a look. I have SRE because it is local, has good pipeline exposure as well as LNG. Jim
