Dan, I don't see any obvious warts beyond the usual, maybe the %tage of construction loans is a tad high. Credit quality metrics are above average and this bank is run with a decent efficiency.

These small banks get raped and pillaged when they need to raise capital but that is a way for us to get in very cheaply. In most cases, the stock recovers after things settle down - at least that is what I have seen in similar cases.
