Obama had 18 months to fix the the "cheney" policies, instead he did nothing. Thus making the cheney policies the "Obama" policies.

In fact, were they really cheney/bush policies or were they Clinton policies that were carried over into the Bush administration?

One and a half years and Obama did nothing to fix these flawed policies. Obama was finally right about something, he is responsible for the mess in the gulf.
