Just because everyone here is convinced something bad will happen is not a contrary indicator. In fact, look back at the Kahuna thread for the weekend before that last Monday debacle. You would find us all posting like mad, and getting ready for a bear party. On the other hand, the rebound the next day caught most of us by surprise. As for me, I have been able to correctly predict 15 of the last four major market declines, and I will now attempt to push my batting average even better (i.e. lower) by predicting a major decline for tomorrow. If correct, I will then be at 16 of the last five declines. By the way, Japan just said goodbye to 16000, and HongKong same to 10000. -- Carl
