After making a 52wks L yesterday, MYGN is trying to start forming a base and see it it will be able to cut some of the DG on May5.<g>

The stock is still on the green today, up 2.28% on volume more than half its ADV.

May 5 was when MYGN reported weaker than expected quarterly sales.<g>
Although the earnings on the 2ndQ (Dec) were 5% lower than in 2009 the revenues had been still sequentially higher.<g>
Earnings on the 3rdQ were again lower than in 2009 and revenues although still higher than in 2009 were lower than on the 2ndQ and below the "analysts estimates".<g>
MYGN also said at the time that it expected earnings for 2010, around $1.30 to $1.35 on revenue of $360M to $365M and the "analysts" were expecting earnings of $1.50 on revenue of $382M

The "analysts" are now expecting earnings around $1.32 and $1.20 for 2010 & 2011 <g>

Yesterday's L was at the same level as the March 2008 L and MYGN performed well in 2008 up until its H in March-April 2009 double top at the $44 level.<g>

The ACTAY is $23.50
MYGN has negligible LTD and good +CF and institutional follow up.
In may it said it plans to repurchase $100M of its stock.
It seems that it can cut most of its May5 DG and that the R/R isn't bad at present levels.<g>
