Both parties are in GS's back pocket.

Maybe so but the Dems are trying to pass a bill regulating the industry while the Rs are trying to stop it. In fact, the Dems are refusing to meet with Wall Street lobbyists while the Rs are not. Hence Wall Street contributions to the Rs have skyrocketed while they have dropped precipitously to Dems.

Stop trying to make both parties equally culpable......they are not. Besides, Obama was elected on Wall St/bank reform.
