If you want to have credibility with me, then start substantiating your claims with credible links. Yes, that statement is outrageous. From what I understand, the Dutch offered 2 or 4 skimmers. What experts think that had Obama accepted those skimmers the coast would have been saved? If you provided me with a link, I did not see it. As it stands, I repeat......I think the statement on the face of it is outrageous.
