These are asinine questions. Utterly stupid. It is not for Hayward to say if deep water drilling should be banned. It is the people who want the drilling to go on. Besides, his answer on BP's negligence does not matter. Congress has become a non sense body and what does it matter what an idiot like Hayward says to a bunch of non-sensical folks in Congress. Didn't a Congressman apologize to BP? And then we have Congress folks supported by Greenpeace who would be gunning for Hayward. A bloody circus, to use a British phrase.
