I've eaten at Uno's in all parts of the US and in Canada, but none can match the original in Chicago. In fact, the pizza I make is the original Uno's recipe, which the franchises do not use, probably to save a little money.

Chopping veggies for Italian food consumes much of whatever prep time there is. Of course, making tomato sauce from scratch is also time consuming.
