iceberg lettuce is a zero because it has no chlorophyll. Notice it is not green, but almost white. The more chlorophyll the better. That's why strongly green vegetables are best for cleansing the system (what chlorophyll does in a human being). Very dark, blackish green is best of all. Same with fruit. Dark colored fruit has the best anti oxidents-- Blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, etc.
