i was on aol the other day and there was a post on dbco. but i can't figure out how to post it here.it said that perfered share holders get a 15% dis when they convert to common.and that maybe this is part of the reason for the decline.also there are 23 million shares out with a possible 3 million more to come. also said fidelity bought 250,000 and oppenheimer bought 16,500 shares. i guess its just a waite and see. holding long, paulie
