That is my fear with RE down the road....hope I am more 'savy' this time to figure it out early on. I can't even trust those reconstructed M3 figures either...

One of the craziest things I've seen in the age of Obama is the tea bagger crowd now all the sudden so 'frightened' of deficits bankrupting the country when they were needed most of all to save us from depression and we haven't had to pay the piper yet as long term rates are at like lows we haven't seen since the post WW II period, ironically the time when total debt to GDP was also at record levels... Folks should be thanking the lord they can leverage up depressed cash flowing assets at rates unthinkable 10-15-25-35 years ago yet NO ONE talks about that these days...lol
