KISS method says just buy solid cash flowing assets when they are cheap. That's how so many of us made a ton of dough in stocks in the last decade despite the limp overall performance. The decade offered up not just one but two amazing buying opps to multiply portfolios a few times over, provided one had the same kind of discerning eye with stocks that you bring to property.
