MM, at the risk of being redundant PICKENS NAT GAS PLAN NOW. NO EXCUSES. Obama has a democratic house and senate . I think the public would support it - even the mean spirited GOP'ers ( vbg) would support it. BTW the democrats have controlled both houses since 1932 with the exception of 1994-2002 I believe so why didn't the democrats move us toward a more independent energy strategy. They managed to pass a healthcare plan against the will of the majority of citizens so I think they could at least have hearings on Pickens plan. If I were interested in public office I would embrace that issue an run on it. It's a winner IMO.
