Probably concern with the recently announced secondary public offering. Today's weakness was just a lack of buyers in the market. The trading volume in the stock was low indicating to me that liquidity in the stock is drying up somewhat. Look for increaded trading activity after the offering is complete. Until then we'll probably drift lower. Omtool, which competes directly against AVTC in the fax routing software business, has recently fallen back a little after its successful IPO in August(?). I expect the two will track each other pretty well over the next year.

Company fundamentals remain strong although Lucent Technologies recently released a new fax server product which may or may not be positive for the company and the rest of the industry.
