re HFCB - yes I agree with you on all counts. The capital raise is not shareholder friendly but their capital cushion is too skimpy so they need to raise capital. They could cut the dividend too but of course that might enrage shareholder even more. Most similar bets so far have worked out (HFFC, BOCH) so I am hoping that this one will too.
