Also, the new name is "Hytech".

Sounds like you are a big fan of Mathews. Strange that he did not mention the ex CEO's sales as a major factor in this current weakness. I may check into Mathews but his focus seems to be short term trading style - something I may need to work on.

I don't have much to help you with. It's probably a smart idea to call the company someday. In the meantime I'm taking this one step at a time. The latest Q report definitely points to progress in the right direction. Here's a cut from the latest Q release, I'll post link next:

Mr. Banakus, President of HyTech said, ''Current management believes that the Hydron shows have become somewhat stale and repetitive. We are currently working with our Electronic Distributor to find a permanent spokesperson and to revamp the monthly show format.''

If things go well, it would be nice to see coverage by a decent analyst at some point. Hytech is one company that could use some exposure.

I would not be surprised to see more weakness short term as Mr Harvey threatens with his bag of options. He also filed a 144 for 99,000 or so last month. Very strange but thats OK.

Regards

Dave
