Todd,

I thought I might sell when I saw the release, and I am very interested in what you are going to do with NM, but I am NOT going to sell tomorrow. I think it would be the wrong day to do anything (except buy more if you are very speculative).

This investment was a speculation from the beginning (I got in originally at 10, but my average cost is now only about 5-1/2), and I think after pondering some more that Bob Veratti's comments mean that 1) they don't have anything solid, BUT 2) that they still think something will happen. It has taken a very long time, and will take some more time, but Safeguard (of which Veratti is supposedly one of their best) has many contacts and a lot of expertise.

I can wait for the Christmas results next year, but many people may not be able to. The stock should definately tank tomorrow (I hope it doesn't though, because I won't be adding to my position), but should recover by the end of the year and I hold out hope for some kind of "enhanced shareholder value."

Ultimately, the only sure sell signal for me would be when Safeguard pulls Veratti out, or otherwise indicates they've given up.
