nonzeroa, DDIM has no obligation to provide the balance sheet until the 10-Q. The "Quarterly Report" is really just company PR and there are no specific rules for what is required - at least that I am aware of!

The analysts will hate this situation. They thrive on information - even if it is faulty. If they are wrong (like the analysts who follow DDIM) they can at least point to information from the Company. With no balance sheet, the analysts will feel very uncomfortable.

IMO, this was the last quarter that DDIM had any hope of making their numbers. The hockey stick starts going straight up from here! Wainwright was looking at revenues of $23M and $0.30 EPS for Q4. It won't even be close. Get ready for downgrades and serious downward revisions <G>.
