Also just pondering but is there a possibility that it could be reviewed and opened back up in light of further findings that wrongs have been committed and a huge possibility the Judge could have been paid off. I doubt any of us here are so naiive to believe that's not done all the time. USXP did provide proof the the courts "naked shorting" was going on and awarded a judgement. Several other incidents regarding fraud in the SEC/DTCC/CEDE are also pointing in the direction there's been a lot of corruption (winking) going on. If we don't open our minds and get this resolved it may take us down like it took many down during the great depression. At least we have the tools to see the evidence they didn't have so we are at a much greater advantage. Also the banking laws put into effect in 2000-2001 especially help us track down funds. The bankrupt shell company's still have their patents, technology and if we could put things back right maybe it would help bring forth some of the great techologies some big corporations didn't want us to have. Maybe bring back jobs. I know it's a wild shot in the dark but you never know.
