mind, i'm thinking of waiting until the end of this year to get my full tax deduction for the entire year.

but i am fully aware that a terrorist attack could cause the banks and markets to close tomorrow and i might have trouble getting my money back - so i'm not comfortable waiting.

in fact, i might just decide to just pay it off, screw the tax benefits.

this is one of those once every 100 year times where conventional wisdom might end in homelessness.

we've already jumped into the debt abyss - we just haven't hit the debt *acid* yet.

but we will eventually - and the math says it will likely be worse than the great depression. perhaps much, much worse.

btw, i will begin accumulating silver before gold. i plan to stay in one place (my home) and silver is over 60% below its 1980 high while gold is over 50% above its 1980 high.

it will also be a lot easier to spend into the economy during the bad times we will face going forward.

i won't have much cash after paying off the home, so the whole "store of big value" thing isn't too high on my priority list.

the idea these criminals get to steal my wealth and leave me with a house payment and terrible job opportunities is something i want to avoid.

i think you will find this valuable - there are 6 lessons so far.

the narrator isn't professional, but the information is very valuable.
