first, i already showed you the rules about red/yellow cards.. nowhere in the laws says that a handball is an automatic red card. FIFA seems to leave this to the discretion of the referee Not just a handball BUT any foul were the person stops a sure goal...sure goal-this is were the discretion comes in Those rules I believe are not the "newest"?
