Cap and tax is just that it's a tax...and BP would be able to participate like a market maker or specialist in trading worthless junk and pick up a nice commission on every trade. Look we deal in a worls where people are so stupid they think that IOU's like paper fiet currency or bonds, notes or bills is somehow worth something. Thing about this. This raquet is a Mafia, career criminal's dream! I get to produce something that is worth nothing and earn interest on loaning it out!
