Uncertainty: For quite some time, SanDisk officials have been commenting on the fact that Micron pays no royalties, even though Micron does not appear to have the same legal rights as Intel, in terms of a cross license.

Does anyone know if there have been any developments on this issue over the last six months or so? It could have a big impact on future profits.
