Ted, I too have a problem with the "shakedown" label. Usually that is reserved for the actions of lawyers going after small businesses for minor infractions. What BP did wasn't a "minor infraction," nor is the impact negligible. Obama needs to secure the funds from BP, because litigation would be a b!tch for both sides. Tenchusatsu
