Richard, thanks for your help with the HIW dividend. I guess I'll just have to get used to late announcements. Weak early today but good late recovery. Should get a little run to ex-div next week. Have you looked at KRC (Kilroy) yet ? I know it is a new issue but they seem to be growing very fast....already a major player in S. Cal office market...just announced a big purchase in northern San Diego. Morgan Stanley gave it a "strong buy" this morning though it didn't react in weak market (down 3/16). Any opinion on MT now that Santa Anita has gotten its paired status back and the MT - Santa Anita merger is a done deal ? I wonder if they will be able to exploit the paired status to increase FFO.
