Brumar, > I suspect this is another thing that will blow up in Obama's face ...... when people aren't happy about their compensation or about a claim being denied or reduced ... up till now they could blame BP .... from now on, they can blame the czar Obama put in place. That's fine. Timely compensation is key here. I only wish Obama would take more ownership of this mess. Not just the lawsuits and claims, but also the logistics of the clean-up. This may be the first crisis that Obama ever had to manage, and the people he put in charge are not doing a good job. Probably because he chose idealists over executors. Tenchusatsu
