That's fine. Timely compensation is key here.

I only wish Obama would take more ownership of this mess. Not just the lawsuits and claims, but also the logistics of the clean-up. This may be the first crisis that Obama ever had to manage, and the people he put in charge are not doing a good job. Probably because he chose idealists over executors.
