(Not sure what you were referring to.... Were you talking about BP's DIVIDEND - suspended for the year? Or were you implying that the damage costs to be ultimately paid out will exceed the initial $20 Billion that BP is putting into escrow, and that they then won't pony-up any more in that event to cover the damages?)
