Have the 1,200 National Guard troops arrived? No and as I understand it, they are not intended to be "boots on the ground" anyway. Just support personnel. We will defend the borders of Afghanistan and Iraq but we will not stop the drug cartels from invading our homeland. If I didn't know better I'd think the government was defending the drug cartels.
