Andrew,

Although there is still significant technical weakness in the Dow, the recent pause has provided a bit of foundation that could lead to the conclusion that the worst is over. This is not to say that more of the best is at hand but at least there is more potential for stability. Even if the Dow is flat for the next year or two, there should still be excellent opportunity in the smallcap growth stock arena. Stocks with the least international exposure or those that take advantage of higher interest rates abroad will work best.
