As things are coming along and the worst of the worst hasn't happened (at least not yet and hopefully won't), I sense some disappointment in the msm and amongst certain on the left (not you).

I've noticed it as well.......they really worked themselves up into a tizzy.

There will be damage.....there is no doubt but I keep remembering that snake that swam right by the broken BOP as it was spewing oil and seem completely uneffected. I think the marine animals will be fine..........the land animals like the pelicans.....maybe not so much.

What do you think about the judge's ruling?
