The administration will appeal, they say. I suppose they're saving face .... that or they really WANT to hurt the gulf's economy more than the spill already has

I agreed with you until I saw that the judge owned shares in drilling companies. He should have recused himself.

As for the moratorium hurting the Gulf economically, there are 33 rigs in question and not all of them are active and employed. I think the economic concerns are overstated.
