This is the kind of law AZ should have passed.....simply mimicking provisions in the federal law. That IS what Arizona did. They made what is illegal under Federal Law also illegal under Arizona Law. But of course you know the dirty little thoughts hidden deep in the minds of the people of Arizona and that's what makes it unconstitutional. The provisions of the Law that explicitly prohibit racial profiling are really just covers to allow the law enforcement agencies to practice the deep hatred of anyone not white. You know that all Arizonans harbor racism, even the large population of Hispanics. You know their thoughts even when their words and their Laws speak otherwise. The voices tell you so...
