Well, we do know they lied about how much oil was being released. Or, to be more precise, their either knew and lied about it, or they deliberately chose not to try to quantify the amount being lost and chose to publicize wild guesses.

Either way, they intended to deceive others.

"This is what I was trying to explain to you about due process, a concept you obviously have no awareness of."

I do. But, you do realize that I am neither a court of law, judge or jury. My opinions are based on what I have learned and know about the situation. Unlike you, who too often base your opinions on nothing but wild speculation.
