Don't worry. IMO, the $28 Billion *CASH* offer will *NOT* happen. It will be a GTE/MCI/BT deal which combines cash and stock offer. Otherwise, DUMP GTE share or pray really hard that shareholders will NOT approve the cash offer. I hope things will evolve in the next two weeks.
