The ban will remain in place no matter what legal games are necessary to keep it in place. There is no way Obama will walk away from such a public position. Perhaps he believes its correct - for certain he knows he now needs it politcally with all the other chaos going around. Of note - in today's IBD there is an Op Ed that reads like the moratorium is done. I think the guys who wrote that should get an invite to the managers office for lack of understanding of what they are writing about. investors.com It seems possible to me that some sort of regional outrage due to the impact could minimize its length.
