Obama appears to be directly responsible for the delay in the clean up by not suspending the Jones act so foreign vessels can work in US waters. I can only imagine this was done deliberately to take political advantage of an environmental disaster. The State governor's along the GOM should have their judges put the Jones Act in abeyance just as they overturned the drilling moratorium. Citizens on the gulf coast deserve no less.
